Job Overview:

Is there no machine you can’t fix, or a problem you can’t solve? Great ! You are just the Machine Operator we’re looking for! Join our team and help us discover new ways to blend modern technology, robotics, and origin al equipment used by generations before us into a manufacturing masterpiece.  

Safety is our top priority, so y our first six months will be spent in an apprentice-style program. We'll provide extensive hands-on training on our wood processing equipment to help you be safe and successful in your role. Select the schedule that works best for you  

Monday – Thursday shift options with possible overtime on Friday  

• Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm  

Highlights of your role:

• Safely operate both vintage and modern wood manufacturing equipment  

• Use high-performance software and programs to set up accurate tooling  

• Offload completed parts to their correct locations and input wood stock  

• Proactively identify and react to changes, adjusting equipment as needed  

Compensation: Pay starting at $17.75 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• Knowledge of programming and machining concepts  

• Analytical skills to resolve sophisticated scenarios  

Also want to make sure you have:

• CNC or machining set-up and operating experience (preferred)
