(5 years) Responsibilities Ceremony Management: Facilitate all critical Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams. Agile Coaching: Provide expert coaching on Agile principles and implementation to both technical teams and Product Owners. Team Development: Foster a self‑organizing and high‑trust environment to improve team collaboration and output. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze team metrics, such as velocity and burn‑down charts, to identify trends and drive continuous delivery improvements. Cross‑Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between product owners, technical leads, senior IT stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project alignment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular reports and guidance to stakeholders. Tool Administration: Utilize Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms to manage workflows and track project progress.
