Job Description

Beacon Partners is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in commercial real estate to join our marketing team in either our Raleigh or Charlotte, NC office. The Graphic Designer  will produce high quality, professional and compelling marketing materials that promote the Beacon brand and our industrial, office and mixed-use properties throughout the Carolinas. This highly organized, creative candidate has a keen eye for details, a passion for design and branding and is hyper focused on quality while providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be part of a team that thrives in a deadline-driven faced paced environment and focuses on collaboration, problem solving, and exceptional creative execution for our deal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, edit and produce marketing materials that promote the Beacon brand, our properties and our expertise. Includes items such as property flyers, brochures, proposals, investment offering memorandums, e-newsletters, maps, aerials, floor plans, logos, invitations, etc.
  •  Manage the social media accounts, including campaigns, graphics, content, etc.
  • Assist with other day to day marketing functions such as updating property listings on CoStar and Beacon’s website.
  • Manage complex projects from start to finish.
  • Be able to translate a high-level concept into something visually impactful.
  • Receive verbal and written input and create aesthetically appealing materials that fit the preferences of the deal team, while keeping it within brand standards
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients to discuss and determine the best design strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project.
  •  Work autonomously and effectively manage multiple projects at one time.
  •  Keep informed on design software and marketing/design trends inside and outside of the real estate industry and apply to our business.
  • Take initiative to determine when others need help and assist as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial real estate or related field in a graphic design role with strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of programs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier, etc.

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The physical demands of the job require the employee to stand, walk, bend, sit for extended periods of time and occasionally lift, carry and/or move items. Additionally, the employee will be required to drive to a property, walk on uneven ground, walk through a construction site and occasionally be exposed to dust or fumes.

This is a full-time position. Compensation - Salary with bonus potential and full benefits package.
