Role Description

Dhillon Law Group Inc. is seeking a full-time Employment Litigation Associate to join our team on-site in San Francisco Bay Area. (Hybrid may be considered, but fully remote will not be considered.) The Employment Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling demand letters and responses thereto, motion practice, research, client advice and counseling, discovery and depositions, court appearances in state and federal courts and arbitration, and mediations. The Employment Litigation Associate will also be responsible for developing case strategy, managing discovery, and communicating with clients.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in employment law/litigation
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Experience in motions practice, depositions, and court appearances
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Admission and good standing in the California Bar
