Job Description

• Assist in creating programming framework and holistic engagement process for synagogues.
• Foster existing partnerships and seek new relationships between our organization and synagogue leadership.
• Establish and maintain an internal support framework for Synagogue Engagement and the extended Community Engagement team, liaising with chapter directors and regional vice presidents to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Work with the engagement team to oversee educational programs such as mitzvah programs for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs for day schools, synagogue and our supporters.

• Collaborate as needed with team leads to create a comprehensive programming framework tailored to their specific areas of responsibility including engaging speakers for synagogue and other team community-based events.
• Support the execution of key community engagement initiatives and assist team leads in delivering high-impact programming.
• Provide strategic administrative support for the engagement team, including but not limited data entry, use of CRM, emails etc.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
