Description Sugar Bowl is looking for Winter Event Servers To provide excellent guest service at all events, internal and external. Be knowledgeable about our food and wines, never say no, be a great team player. Help in setup and breakdown of events, help maintain cleanliness of facilities and wares.

Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. This special community helped bring skiing to "sunny California" since December 1939. Since then, it continues to attract adventurous winter sports enthusiasts a like.
Who you are - 2 years of server or bartender experience
- Basic Knowledge of computer operating systems
- RBS training
- CA Food Handlers certification
What you will do - Serving of plates of food and beverages
- Assist in banquet and event setup and breakdown
- Taking of food and beverage orders from guest
- Assisting other staff in expediting of food and beverages.
- Assist in running of buffets, family style and plated meals
- Assist in cocktail service, sometimes at top of Mt Disney
- Addressing guest service situations
- Assisting in all types of catered events and service styles, inside and outside
- Ensuring that opening and closing checklist procedures are completed
- Checking of identification to ensure an individual is of legal drinking age
- Polishing, vacuuming, and general cleaning of food service areas
- Settling of cc transactions
- Handling of hot food service items
- Be an exemplary team player
- Be on time for shifts in designated uniform
- Duties may include removal of snow
