Deine Mission

  • Du betreust deine Kunden mit Leidenschaft! So orchestrierst du das Aufsetzen der Kampagnen, hast die Zahlen dieser immer im Blick und erstellst Reports so, dass der Kunde einfach begeistert ist.
  • Du koordinierst teamübergreifend single- und cross-channel Kampagnen.
  • Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse des Kunden und erfüllst diese durch kompetente, schnelle Lösungen. Dabei managest und koordinierst du mit eingespielter Sicherheit interne wie externe Stakeholder. 
  • Da geht noch mehr?! Ab und zu könnte ein Kunde für eine erfolgreiche Kampagne noch etwas mehr buchen? Klar doch: bei deinen charmanten und zielgerichteten Upsellings schmilzt dein Ansprechpartner einfach dahin.
  • Du weißt über deine Kunden bescheid! Genießt dein Kunde den Urlaub gerne in der Karibik, ziehst du die Socken mit den Palmen an. Dein Business ist Buddy-Business – natürlich auch am Telefon!

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung
    • abgeschlossenes Studium im Umfeld Marketing bzw. Wirt­schaft oder eine ähn­liche Aus­bildung in diesem Bereich.
    • mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kampagnenmanagement mit Google & Facebook, im Optimalfall im Handelsumfeld.
    • wünschenswert: Erfahrungen mit Programmatic Advertising.
  • Gute Kenntnisse
    • in CPL, CPI, CPC,CPO, vTKP Kampagnen.
    • in Google Ads, DV360, bestenfalls mit Zertifizierung.
    • in Excel und PowerPoint sowie CRM-Systemen wie z.B. Sales Force und digitalen Organisationstools.
    • in Analyse-Tools z.B. Google Analytics, semrush, Looker, searchmetrics.
    • Digitale Themenfelder und Weitentwicklungen begeistern dich.
  • Kommunikation 
    • Du telefonierst für dein Leben gern und hast Spaß am Präsentieren.
    • Du bist kommunikationsstark sowohl in deutscher, als auch in englischer Sprache und findest stets die richtige Tonalität.
