Pay rate: $70-$75/hr w2

** Onsite | Stamford, CT **

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures are met.
• Strategic Planning: Develop project plans and drive milestones for timely delivery.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with teams and stakeholders for alignment and transparency.
• Team Leadership: Direct project resources, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Change Management: Implement change management practices to adapt to business needs.
• Documentation: Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5-10 years in project management with a track record of managing complex projects.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
