Our client, Bee Organized SF, is hiring for PART-TIME PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZERS!

HIRING FOR BOTH WORKER BEES AND LEAD BEES!

Organized Seems obvious, right? You don’t need to be a total neat freak, but the perfect candidate for our Hive will be someone who appreciates organization and the life-changing benefits it can bring. Creative Creativity is a must! Our job is to find functional and beautiful new solutions for our clients and deliver the “Buzz Factor” to every job. Personable This is a big one—especially to become a Lead Bee within Bee Organized. Most of our clients are hiring an organizer for the first time so the ability to uphold our pillars of confidentiality, non judgement and compassion while being approachable and collaborative is a “sweet” quality to have. Compassionate Getting organized is an overwhelming task for our clients. We want our clients to feel at ease, not ashamed, while we navigate through their journey towards a simplified life. We want to leave their home knowing that we have given them the confidence and tools they need to maintain their spaces after we leave. Hours and Pay Not your typical 9-5. The ability to be flexible with your schedule is a must! 15-25 hours/ week. Three consecutive days to work each week is ideal. (No minimum hours are guaranteed) Worker Bees- $25.00/hr. Responsibilities: Our Worker Bee is responsible for providing our clients with Compassionate, Confidential, and judgment-free organizational services. Bees will work in a variety of locations throughout the metro area, providing home organization, move & life transition, and/or concierge services. Lead Bees- $35.00/hr Responsibilities: Every job will have a Lead Bee assigned to establish a consistent line of communication and professionalism between Bees and the client and between the Bees and Management. Lead Bees will have at least 1 year of experience.

OUR BEES WILL:

Serve as a lead, or co-lead, on in-home organizing projects. Work on location for client jobs —must be okay with occasionally commuting 1 hour plus each way. Be willing to learn the Bee Organized process for organization. Be comfortable working in a team environment and know how to take direction. Work closely with clients to help them achieve their organizational goals.

WE’LL REALLY BE IMPRESSED:

If you bring other talents to our Hive. Social media know-how (reels, stories), iPhone photography skills, sales and marketing experience. This is a W-2 position that pays for travel time and mileage over 30 miles from home to the client, and tolls. We also offer a Sales Incentive Reward Program. Requirements: Must have a reliable car and be willing to travel to project locations (around the Bay and up to an hour away). Must be willing to 'roll up your sleeves' for bigger projects and lift heavier boxes. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, squat, bend, and drive a motor vehicle.
