Overview
As Sprouts continues to grow, we need leaders who can navigate change with clarity and purpose. The Organizational Effectiveness & Change Manager plays a critical role in shaping how we implement, adopt, and sustain transformation across the business. This role advises at both the enterprise and portfolio level, ensuring change strategies align with company priorities while also stepping in to execute initiatives and drive adoption.
This leader will partner closely with executives, HR, IT, and business teams to assess organizational impacts, develop change strategies, and equip leaders with the tools they need to succeed. They will also build and lead a Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) to strengthen capabilities and ensure a consistent approach to change.
