Our sales team is built on Trust, Respect, and Leadership. Our clients trust us with their most valuable possessions so, we’re more than just a bit selective when it comes to hiring team members. If attitude and effort are your strengths, success is as easy as:

1. Strengthen existing relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders by providing exceptional client experiences to incoming referrals (leads).
2. Prospect and establish new Realtor and Mortgage Lender Relationships via calls, visits, networking to earn trust and additional referrals.
3. Understand individual insurance needs, analyze options with over 30 “A” rated insurance companies, and provide a custom solution.
4. Quote 30 new home & auto insurance packages a month, using existing systems, processes, and scripts to close at over 50%.

You can do it too! First year Top Producer income will exceed $85,000. In 2024 agents are closing 46% of 180 trusted referrals received every month.

Standard compensation is $3,500 a month or 50% commission whichever is greater, plus renewal income after 6 months, with Top Producers earning $4,000 in renewals after just 3 years. Health Insurance and Retirement Plan w/ employer match provided. Hybrid work from home and office with paid time off available. Insurance experience not required.

Once a Producer has established themselves, they are eligible to take on additional leadership responsibilities.
