Location: Highlands Ranch (80129) or Littleton (80128) – In-Office Position

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Outbound calling to prospects and current clients is a major part of this role—90% of our sales happen on the phone!
  • Manage Client Communications: You’ll handle emails, client inquiries, underwriting coordination, and follow-ups to ensure top-tier service.
  • Plan & Execute Community Events: Work closely with the agent to organize events that engage the community and build brand awareness.
  • Enhance Social Media Presence: Manage content, posts, and engagement to increase exposure and attract new business.
  • Optimize Business Processes: Work with the agent to refine sales systems, customer experience strategies, and team training processes.

Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (this will be tested in the interview process)
  • Colorado Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses (if unlicensed, we’ll reimburse expenses for obtaining them)
  • Bilingual or previous State Farm experience is a plus!
