Job Description

This is a position for the advertising department that provides public notice services to attorneys, city & county organizations & other entities. This includes data entry & paperwork provided to the Courts. Ability to multi-task is great, but accuracy is most important. 

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Check and respond to all emails and phone calls
• Help attorneys with in-person inquiries as needed
• Schedule and facilitate all ads that have been sold
• Process payments in cash and credit/debit
• Organize daily/weekly/monthly business plan and implement
• Consult with businesses, law offices, city and county organizations and other entities about their notification procedures.
• Manage any problems/issues/concerns that arise
• Maintain all active accounts
• File all necessary paperwork and insertion orders
• Back up other reps when they are absent
• Other duties as requested

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 40 hrs/wk

Minimum Qualifications:

High school graduate, computer literate, good people skills and customer service skills.

Salary/Compensation: $15.00 per hour
