Job Summary The Inventory Lead is responsible in aiding our dispensary locations in all facets of inventory maintenance. The Inventory Lead handles managing the Inventory team. They will oversee the day-to-day inventory operations, receive shipments through our seed-to-sale tracking system, create manifests for our out bound transfers, perform physical movement of Cannabis product within the physical dispensary, perform audits in accordance with the State of New Jersey Regulations and Sanctuary policies. Inventory Lead will delegate cycle counts for daily discrepancy reports and have information presented to the Manager on Duty. The ideal candidate for this role will be an effective communicator, well organized, detail oriented, strong problem solver, and attentive and responsive to the dispensaries' needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities • Perform inventory maintenance reports.
• Perform inventory audits on a monthly scale.
• Maintain accurate inbound/outbound transport records. Delegate tasks as needed to maintain policy and procedure as well as CCC Regulations.
• QC returned product.
• Maintain detailed QC logs.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the vaults.
• Keep the vaults organized while ensure First in First out protocol.
- Keep the sales floor stocked and organized
• Prepare manifests through METRC and Bio-track for outbound transports as needed.
• Oversee inventory operations.
• Track and investigate product variances daily.
• Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Duties/Responsibilities • Responsible for organizing and setting inventory throughout the dispensary.
• Accept and move product through Metrc following established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure that all arriving stock receipts are efficiently and carefully executed.
• Participate in an ongoing basis in routine inventory cycle counts.
• Assist with inventory maintenance reports.
• Assist with implementing/improving processes
Required Skills/Abilities • Must be able to obtain required licensing at time of hire and submit personal information for licensing and fingerprinting.
• Technology savvy with computer/iPad, software including Microsoft Office.
• At least 2 years of inventory experience in a retail environment.
• Soft interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented with a keen sense of urgency
• Goal oriented, organized, self-starter, dependable, outgoing and assertive individual who is comfortable working in a high stress fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policies and laws.
• Intermediate understanding of cannabis products, different strains and medical benefits of cannabis use is required.
Physical Requirements • Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Lift and carry a 45+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis.
