The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's expansion in North and Latin America, with a focus on international growth, strategic partnerships, and market development in regulated sectors. Key responsibilities include leading business development, identifying and executing growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships with various stakeholders, driving market intelligence, and representing the company at industry events and high-level negotiations. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience in international business development, preferably in the gambling or lottery sector, and a proven track record in strategic partnerships, tenders, and deal-making. The ideal candidate will have strong market insight, the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
