Job Description
Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Data Entry Specialist to support our client's packaging operations. This role involves managing and aligning product packaging data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate works independently after training, using provided work instructions and guidance documents, and confidently seeks clarification when needed to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, validate, and maintain product packaging data with a focus on completeness and accuracy.
- Detect and escalate issues to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Navigate, reconcile, and align data across systems such as Microsoft Lists, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint, Excel, and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools to ensure consistency and end-to-end accuracy.
- Use Excel functions (such as formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables) to manipulate and format data efficiently.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, proactively identify and resolve gaps in data, instructions, or stakeholder input, and collaborate with team members or requesters to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery.
REQUIRED Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas (such as VLOOKUP), pivot tables, and data formatting.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) applications for data handling and collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Confidence to speak up, ask questions, and actively partner with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
FULLY REMOTE for an office based in Maplewood MN - M-F Core Hours: 9a-3p central, flex 40 around core hours.
PAY RATE: NON-NEGOTIABLE $16.25/hr paid every two weeks on W-2/W-4 through Volt/Innova
DURATION: Scheduled for up to 12 months through Volt/Innova, contingent upon candidate performance and client business needs.
