About the role :

Roundglass Living is seeking a creative and strategic social media content creator to produce engaging content that delivers on brand goals. You’ll research, pitch, write, manage, and optimize social media content that reflects our wholistic approach to wellbeing—continuously adapting output to align with evolving priorities and market conditions

What you’ll do:

1. Content Creation

• Apply proven storytelling frameworks to craft content that drives engagement and supports brand goals across platforms.
• Create compelling, platform-optimized content across all major social channels.
• Write engaging copy for posts, creative assets, and community interaction.
• Use performance data to inform continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the content development process, working across teams to keep projects on track and deliver assets on time.

2. Brand Expertise

• Build deep familiarity with Roundglass Living’s app content and programs.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity standards.

3. Collaboration

• Partner with content, design, studio, and marketing teams to develop high-performing content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze performance and optimize strategy.
• Contribute to competitive analysis reports and ongoing content audits.
• Participate in ideation sessions and support ad hoc projects as needed.

4. Brand Voice & Tone

• Uphold brand voice across all content formats and platforms.

Who we are looking for:

• Exceptional writing, research, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms.
• Familiarity with wellness or wholistic wellbeing topics is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000- $80,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
