Skincare Brand Manager ✨

Morristown, NJ

Hybrid (3 days/week in office Required)

$120,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + Bonus

The Role:

The company is seeking a Brand Manager to lead and scale its U.S. presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role encompasses end-to-end brand strategy, product innovation, and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy across product development, marketing, and channel growth
  • Drive end-to-end product launch plans including positioning, education, and performance tracking
  • Own the full lifecycle of brand management, from consumer research to product launch
  • Drive innovation by leading pipeline strategy, testing, and cross-functional execution
  • Collaborate with digital and creative teams to develop direct-to-consumer marketing content
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform brand growth strategy
  • Partner with R&D, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure successful product development
  • Build marketing plans that support brand growth in DTC, Amazon, and retail channels
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to bring campaigns to life across platforms

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of brand or product marketing experience in skincare, beauty, or CPG

(2+ years in skincare required)

  • Experience with product launches and marketing strategy across digital and retail channels
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using tools like Nielsen or other market data platforms
  • Track record of success in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Agile and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Must Be Authorized to Work In The US
