Job Description
A top, nationally recognized boutique Wealth Management firm in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a warm, friendly, fiercely organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and "go-getter" to join our rapidly growing team as an Associate Private Wealth Advisor. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role involves providing comprehensive support in developing detailed financial plans and preparing for client meetings. Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients.
Conduct detailed financial analyses and prepare customized reports for client presentations.
Collaborate with senior advisors to create tailored investment strategies and recommendations.
Manage and maintain client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their financial goals.
Facilitate the opening, closing, and maintenance of investment accounts.
Prepare and process investment transactions, including trades, transfers, and rebalancing.
Handle client inquiries and provide high-quality, timely responses.
Assist in client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
Maintain and update client records and documentation in the database.
Provide administrative support to senior advisors and the wealth management team.
Support special projects and initiatives to improve client services and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong customer service and diplomatic abilities
Highly organized, efficient, and skilled in workflow management
Job Requirements:
Designation Required, CFP Required (at minimum in process of obtaining)
Series 7, 63 and Life & Health Licensed or, the ability to obtain them within 6 months
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
