Job Description

Job Title : Agile Coach

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

Guide teams and leadership through the adoption and scaling of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to enhance agile maturity and performance.
Facilitate agile workshops, training sessions, and continuous learning opportunities.
Partner with senior leadership to assess agile readiness and recommend strategies for enterprise-wide agility.
Identify and remove organizational impediments to agile adoption and delivery.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
Track and measure agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput) and use them to inform improvements.
Support agile tool adoption and configuration (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience in software development or IT delivery roles, with 3+ years coaching Agile teams.
Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and/or LeSS.
Proven experience coaching teams at various levels of agile maturity, including enterprise agile transformations.
Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or equivalent.
Experience with Lean, DevOps, and organizational change management.
Background in product development, enterprise delivery, or consulting.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
