  Youth Minister 

Location: Towering Oaks Baptist Church, Greeneville, Tennessee

Position Type:  Part-time (with potential Full-time dual-role opportunities)

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Are you passionate about guiding young hearts and minds in their walk with Jesus Christ? Do you have a heart for mentoring teens and developing a vibrant, Christ-centered youth ministry? We’re looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and energetic  Youth Minister  to join our church family!

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly youth group gatherings, Bible studies, and worship experiences
• Plan and oversee retreats, mission trips, and special events
• Build relationships with students, parents, and volunteers
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth into the life of the church
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to middle and high school students

Qualifications:

• Definitive ministry calling & sound theology
• Experience working with youth in a ministry setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities
