Collaboration across functions, including Digital Experience, Marketing Strategy, IT and more, to ensure a cohesive and brand-aligned online presence that drives business objectives. Key Position Details Hybrid position - some onsite meeting requirements based on business needs Full time position - 8-hour, day shifts Occasional weekend availability may be required to support urgent updates to the company website Responsibilities Strategic Website Content Management Leads the planning, development, and optimization of web content in alignment with organizational goals. This includes content creation, migration, regular audits, and strategic updates to ensure relevance and engagement. SEO Strategy and Execution Develops and implements SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical SEO, off-page optimization and local SEO, to increase visibility and drive web traffic. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across digital marketing efforts. Cross-functional Collaboration Works closely with Marketing, Communications, IT and other teams to ensure SEO and web content strategies support overarching business and marketing objectives. Ensures cohesive content and design alignment with the Allina Health brand and compliance standards. Data-Driven Insights and Reporting Utilizes analytics and SEO tools to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts. Regularly communicate insights and progress to internal teams and stakeholders. Project Management Defines and manages project tasks and resources. Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones within budget, timeline and scope. Proactively adjust priorities based on stakeholder needs and industry best practices. Innovation and Process Improvement Continuously seeks opportunities to improve digital marketing and content management processes. Stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Allina Health remains a leader in digital health care marketing. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or other field 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO strategy and web content management 3 to 5 years of experience in planning and executing large-scale website projects Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with content management systems such as Sitecore, WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Brightedge, Screaming Frog, AHREFs), Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and PPC and social media platforms Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot) Physical Demands Sedentary Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $40.37 to $55.85 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
