Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handling and care of delicate wax pieces
• Apply standard processing functions to customer parts, including dress, pin, book, blend, apply coatings, assemble, etc.
• Measure and mark wax pieces using gages, fixtures, and templates
• Produce products to customer quality expectations and specifications while maintaining acceptable productivity
• Self-inspection of final product and processing; some decision-making and problem-solving skill used concerning the processing of parts
• Must be able to sit for 6-8hours with breaks provided in 2-hour increments
• Accurate timekeeping of hours and production
• Documentation and communication of issues, quality, and productivity to the Supervisor
• Ability to lift, push and pull 20 pounds

Qualification Requirements:

• Remain in a seated position 6-8 hours a day
• Satisfactory reading and comprehension skills
• Manufacturing experience focused on delicate and detailed oriented work or an equivalent background in investment casting
• Knowledgeable of work instructions and quality procedures
• Requires exceptional vision and hand-eye coordination
• Soft and steady touch to maintain the integrity of wax pieces
• Speed and accuracy of processing
