We’re looking for a results-driven leader to join our team and help scale operations while ensuring the company hits critical KPIs across multiple departments.

Job Overview :

The Vice President of Operations will oversee the company’s operational strategies, ensuring all departments work cohesively and efficiently to meet and exceed KPIs. This role focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing team performance, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations leadership, with a preference of having past startup or startup like experience. Experience in the automotive industry is not needed or required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all operational aspects of E-Carzz, ensuring that teams meet established KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies and systems to improve team productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Collaborate with department heads to define and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource allocation.
• Foster a performance-driven culture, motivating teams to meet goals and providing guidance and support.
• Oversee operational reporting, ensuring data-driven decisions and timely updates to the executive team.
• Work closely with leadership to scale the business and adapt operational strategies to evolving market demands.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Startup experience preferred but not required, with a strong track record of driving team performance and achieving KPIs across various departments.
• Hungry, intense, and wanting to be at a company that grows
• Ability to implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Experience managing budgets and resource allocation for operational teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Automotive industry knowledge is not required.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with performance management and operational metrics systems.
