OVERVIEW
Danella, a national utility contractor, is adding workers to our operations. We are looking for an experienced telecom Foremen. Applicants must have experience in the daily management of a crew.
RESPONSIBILITIESForeman are responsible for the safety of the crew and the public. We expect are foreman to follow all safety practices. The foreman is also responsible for managing the day to day operations of his crew and to meet production goals and customer requirements.
Foreman are to be able to direct crews in the installation, maintenance, relocation, or repair of telecom cable, including copper, fiber, ADSS and coax. Foreman should have experience in excavations of trenches for installation and relocation. In addition be able to set, rebuild or abandon manholes and or vaults.
Foreman should also possess the ability to rod, wire, and pull cable.
In addition, foreman are expected to do daily reporting of time, production, and as-builting.
