Job Description
This position shall keep the indoor building/office space areas in clean and orderly condition by performing the essential duties and responsibilities. One must be able to move/lift up to 40 lbs. and climb a ladder to heights of 10 feet or more. They shall have experience in performing janitorial duties, which include the operation of equipment normally associated with this position such as: floor scrubbers, mops, vacuums, and carpet cleaners. Knowledge of material safety protocols and proper protective equipment needed to perform the required duties is needed. One must be able to be flexible in their working hours, as this position may require working evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
