\nRN - Stepdown
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work in stepdown unit with 1:5 patient ratio
\n• Care for patients with CHF, cardiac angiogram before and after care, ablation, pacemaker, TEE, cardioversion, stroke
\n• Manage cardiac drips including Nitro, Amiodarone, Cardiazem, Nirdipine, Heparin, and Lidocaine with titration required
\n• Every other weekend schedule
\n• 16-hour shifts
\n• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
\n• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
\n• Limited time off requests between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26
\n• At least 2 years of previous stepdown experience required
\n• At least 1 travel contract completed required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n• Iowa nursing license required
\n• Use Cerner Powerchart EMR system
\n• Must be more than 50 miles from market
\n• Same day interviews offered for qualified candidates
