\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:
\nRN - PACU
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work three 12-hour shifts per week with two schedule options available: 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
\n• Call responsibility approximately 5 times per 4-week schedule including 1-2 Saturdays per month
\n• 13-week assignment length
\n• 2:1 patient ratio in post-anesthesia care unit
\n• Work with post-cardiac, catheterization devices, and orthopedic devices
\n• Use tele monitoring equipment and EPIC electronic medical record system
\n• Provide recovery care for deep sedation patients and manage post-procedural devices
\n• PACU experience required - candidates without this experience will not be considered
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, and RN license
\n• Permanent Alaska RN license required for submission
\n• No floating to other units
\n• Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs provided by facility
\n• Overtime available
\n• Ideal candidate is eager, compassionate, and caring

The facility operates with a well-structured PACU team including charge nurses, staff RNs, and patient care assistants during day shifts, with on-call coverage during nights. The organization maintains high standards for post-procedural patient care and recovery services, utilizing modern monitoring equipment and electronic medical records to ensure quality patient outcomes.
