\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Every other weekend schedule with night shifts preferred
\n• First to float when needed to sister facility in Mesa
\n• Work on 16-bed medical surgical telemetry unit
\n• Care for medical/surgical and post-surgical patients (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, etc.)
\n• Required to work weekends in rotation with core staff
\n• Holiday coverage required (A or B schedule)
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• Telemetry monitoring responsibilities included
\n• No ventilator experience required
\n• 2-day floor-specific orientation provided
\n• Must pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts with 80% score prior to contract signing
\n• Pass/fail simulation lab required on Day 1 of orientation
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
\n• CERNER charting system used
\n• BSN degree not required
\n• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
\n• Prescreen and manager review required
\n• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
\n• 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy support available (pharmacy remote after 6:00 PM)
