Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an ARRT Registered CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and the ability to work night shifts using GE or Siemens scanners.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a hospital CT unit with 3 procedure rooms
• Night shift schedule: Wed-Fri, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient volume averages 130 visits per day
• Procedures performed include abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head CTs with and without contrast, musculoskeletal trauma, Brain perfusion, Multiplanar Reconstruction, and Vascular CTA
• Use of GE or Siemens CT scanners and PACS system required
• EMR is Epic; experience preferred, but online class provided on day 1
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Grey scrubs required
• Online Epic Radiology CT class provided on unit
• Smoke/nicotine-free facility
• All requested RTO must be included at time of application and will not be approved after offer

\n \n Requirements\n

• ARRT Registered CT Technologist
• Active VA license or proof of VA license application and active license from another state
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• BLS certification required
• Experience starting peripheral IVs
• Proficiency with GE or Siemens scanners and PACS
• Experience with multiplanar reconstruction and vascular CTA studies
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
• COVID vaccination required or qualified exemption
• License required if applicable
