📍 Location : Onsite / SF Bay Area Preferred
💼 Employment Type : Full-Time
🚀 About AdsGency AIWe’re AdsGency AI — a hacker-founded startup building autonomous, multi-agent systems to run digital advertising with zero human input.
Our product is a real-world application of AI agents that write ad copy, generate creatives, optimize budgets, launch campaigns, and learn from performance data — across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
Think : LLM agents that ship ROAS.
We move like hackers, build in public, and write code that automates the world.
🧠 The Role – Technical Product Manager (AI x AdTech)You’ll be the architect of clarity across a fast-moving team of engineers, agents, and advertising logic.
This isn’t just about managing roadmaps or grooming backlogs — it’s about owning the bridge between real users and autonomous systems , ensuring every feature is scoped, shipped, and scaled with ruthless clarity.
You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, and GTM teams to define, prioritize, and ship agent-powered product experiences that generate real-world revenue.
🔧 What You’ll Drive• 🔍 Spec What Matters – Own and write clean, detailed specs that engineers want to build
• 🤖 Agent Behavior Design – Collaborate on how LLM agents think, respond, and take action inside live ad campaigns
• 🚦 Launch Planning & Feedback Loops – Define what’s “done,” coordinate releases, gather real usage data, and close the loop
• 📈 Use-Case Scoping – Work with clients and internal sales to define the right abstractions for each vertical (e.g. eCom vs SaaS)
• ⚙️ Infra Awareness – Partner with engineering to understand technical constraints and shape roadmaps accordingly
• 🧪 Test Agent Outputs in the Wild – Run experiments, track what breaks, and debug directly with the team
• 🧠 Translate Chaos into Roadmaps – Ruthlessly prioritize what matters and drop what doesn’t
💡 What We’re Looking For✅ You’ve built or managed technical products — ideally involving LLMs, agents, or marketing automation
✅ You’re technical enough to read code, write SQL, or debug APIs — even if you don’t write prod code
✅ You’ve worked in fast-paced startups with no product babysitting required
✅ You can write docs, PRDs, and updates that are clear, useful, and bottom-line aware
✅ You’ve shipped messy v1s and polished v3s — and know when each is appropriate
✅ You thrive in ambiguity and take ownership from 0 to done
🧠 Bonus Hacker Energy• You’ve run real ad campaigns and know what ROAS feels like
• You’ve worked on agent orchestration, prompt design, or AI tool interfaces
• You’ve written your own internal dashboards, scripts, or tools to unblock yourself
• You’ve been the calm in a shipping storm — and loved it
• You’ve served as product + ops + QA + support at once (and called it Tuesday)
⚙️ Our Stack• LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, HuggingFace, Ollama
• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Redis
• Frontend: TypeScript, React
• Infra: AWS, Railway, Supabase
• Agents: LangGraph, CrewAI, Custom LLM pipelines
• Tracking: PostHog, Sentry, Linear, Slack logs
💰 What You Get• Competitive salary + equity in a rocketship-stage AI company
• Founding-level influence on what we build, why, and for whom
• Direct exposure to real revenue, clients, and experiments that matter
• A hacker-first team that prefers async clarity over management fluff
• A seat at the table in defining agent-native product experiences
• A chance to build the product that builds the ads that build the growth
