Tax Senior

We are a midsize CPA firms in Cincinnati, OH who focuses on high-end clientele. We are a full-service firm that offers tax, accounting, audit, CFO, and business consulting services to middle-market businesses ($5M-$500M revenue generators). We have a loose in-office culture where most people spend about 50% of their time working in the office, while others spend most time working from home. We offer full benefits, 401k w/ match, competitive base salaries, up to 10% bonus and more. Lastly, most of our tax seasons average between 45 and 50 hours per week with a max of 55 hours. 

We are looking for experienced tax accountants to come in to do prep and review work of business (60%) and individuals (40%) tax returns. Most individuals are UHNWIs or owners of the businesses. On top of the return work seniors will be tasked with tax planning, projections, and business consulting projects. 

What You Need for this Position

2+ years of experience in Public Accounting

• CPA license (preferred)

  • Must have exams scheudled/passed 

• Extensive Experience with staff in planning, performing, and completing Tax engagements.

• Develop professional relationships with clients.

• Passionate about developing associates and senior associates

• Expert in both tax return prep and review (especially partnerships, s-corps, and individuals)

• Experience in developing best practices, training, mentoring, and team project management

Base Salary: $80,000-$120,000
