What You’ll Do

• Lead quarterly tax strategy and advisory meetings for your client portfolio.
• Build and execute tax plans with entity-level expertise.
• Review ~30 monthly financials for accuracy, spot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Oversee tax return prep and review for technical accuracy. You will have ZERO TAX PREP/COMPLIANCE responsibilities.
• Collaborate with associates to ensure clean books and strategic readiness.
• Serve as the go-to resource for high-level client conversations and decisions.

What You Bring

• CPA license (EA with exceptional experience considered).
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience with entity-level expertise.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and present strategy with confidence. THIS IS NOT A COMPLIANCE ROLE . A highly effective communicator is a must.
• Proactive, forward-thinking mindset — you anticipate client needs and provide solutions to concerns, challenges and questions.
• Comfort with QuickBooks Online, UltraTax, and other AI and cloud-based systems.
