Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician Summerlin Location

We are seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Summerlin. This role requires hands-on sterile compounding expertise
and strict adherence to USP <795> , USP <797> , and USP <800> guidelines. Please do not apply if you do not have direct sterile compounding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare compounded medications in mass quantities according to master formulas and regulatory standards
• Follow USP <795> , USP <797> , and USP <800> requirements for sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Operate, calibrate, clean, and sterilize compounding equipment and aseptic work areas
• Review order lists, assign daily workloads, and match compounded products to outgoing orders
• Accurately complete compounding logs, calculations, and quality assurance documentation
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, materials, and consumables
• Execute in-process product quality checks and batch sampling for testing
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe lab environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy Technician license/certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable sterile compounding experience (USP <797>/<800>)
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and cleanroom protocols
• Ability to wear full protective gear (mask, gloves, gown, hair net, goggles, etc.) for extended periods
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations/documentation

This position is on-site in Summerlin. Only candidates with recent sterile compounding experience will be considered.
