Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Shipper Performance Coach to revolutionize transportation logistics by driving strategic improvements and solving complex shipping challenges. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with vendors and sellers to optimize shipping performance, turning data insights into actionable solutions that enhance our global transportation network.

Key job responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret complex shipping performance data to identify improvement strategies

- Develop and implement targeted coaching plans to enhance shipper performance

- Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions with shipping partners

- Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses of transportation disruptions

- Manage and report on key performance metrics and improvement initiatives

You'll dive into performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and work directly with shipping partners to implement innovative solutions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- High school or equivalent diploma

- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- Are 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in project or program management

- Bachelor's degree, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate

- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field

- Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement

- Experience with SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
