The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new features for Q-global and migrating the current platform to its new version. This is a multi-year project with strategic significance and high revenue potential. The role involves working with a distributed team across the US, Europe, and Asia in a collaborative, flexible, and agile environment. High-quality performance is essential to meet customer expectations for this mission-critical service. Responsibilities Analyze, design, implement, and unit test to produce high-quality code supporting assessment technology platforms, following industry best practices. Participate in requirements, design, and code reviews. Collaborate with QA, configuration, and end-user teams to ensure high-quality software releases. Create testable requirements and execute unit tests. Engage in continuous process and quality improvement activities. Required Experience Experience as a full stack engineer with Java, Spring, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Postgres, MongoDB. Experience with AWS cloud applications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field. Proven experience developing SaaS applications and maintaining high-availability, web-based systems. Familiarity with GIT, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 5-10 years of relevant project experience. Desirable Skills Interest in expanding knowledge across various development languages and tools. Ability to learn new processes, tools, and domains quickly. Strong analytical, architectural understanding, and communication skills. Experience with Python for Data Science and AI solutions using AWS Bedrock is highly preferred.
