Your Responsibilities: As a full-desk recruiter, you'll play a dual role, building trusted client partnerships and placing top-tier talent across key markets.

Business Development

• Generate new client relationships through targeted outreach and referrals
• Lead discovery calls, pitch services confidently, negotiate contracts
• Deliver customized recruiting solutions and grow client portfolios

Recruiting & Placement

• Source, engage, and place high-impact candidates across executive and professional roles
• Conduct structured interviews and present well-positioned profiles to clients
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, providing strategic counsel to both clients and candidates

Your Qualifications:

• Track Record of Success: 2+ years generating $300K+ in annual gross profit/margin
• Relationship-Driven: Able to build and maintain senior-level relationships (up to C-suite)
• Self-Motivated & Driven: Results-oriented, urgent, and proactive
• Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills
• Client-Focused: Service-oriented with outstanding client management capabilities
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office; quick to adapt to new technologies
• Master Multitasker: Effective time management, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial: Resourceful, competitive, and creative
