Our client, a top-tier global private equity firm, is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Manager or Director level) to join one of their portfolio companies on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talent acquisition team directly supporting the Sales function of a Consumer Goods company. This individual must be in Richmond, VA or the surrounding areas as this person will be on-site in Richmond at least 2-3 times each week.
Responsibilities include:
-Own the end to end recruitment for the Commercial/Sales teams
-Develop and establish a talent pipeline and best-in-class-process for on-going hiring needs
-Oversee the full life cycle of the recruitment process utilizing the current ATS
-Manage high-volume hiring needs across the function, primarily for Analyst and Manager level roles
Qualifications
- Experience in Consumer Goods Industry recruiting or similar
- Experience hiring Sales/Commercial functions
- Located in the Richmond, VA area
- Ability to be on-site in Richmond at least 2-3 times each week
- Experience with end to end, high volume recruiting
