Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Air Export Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Air Export Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end air export process, ensuring seamless and timely shipments for our valued customers.

Your expertise will be essential in handling all export documentation, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute air export shipments, from booking to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and customer requirements.
• Prepare and review all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Communicate and coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, including TSA, C-TPAT, and other relevant authorities.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any shipping-related issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update shipment status in our tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in air export operations, preferably in a senior role.
• Minimum 1 years of experience with Cargowise software system
• Strong knowledge of air freight regulations, TSA, C-TPAT, and export compliance.
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and shipment tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and processes.
• Familiarity with international trade practices and shipping documentation requirements.
