Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our team. This role requires on-site presence and is ideal for professionals who are fluent in English and have a background in food or FMCG industries. We are deploying SAP EWM for both manufacturing/factory warehouses and distribution centers, including directed case picking, receiving & putaway, pallet picking, and truck loading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Go-Live event on location (Inbound, Staging, Internal, Outbound processes).
• Support the end users according to the new business and system processes.
• Support defect investigation and resolution according to the agreed escalation path in
• case of business impact.
• Ensure the template solution and the foreseen as-is state is adopted in the business as
• usual situation.
• Prepare Go-Live Documents as necessary (Work Instructions, Job Aids, Technical
• Documentation).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics
• operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and IT
• Implement and train users on clean desk policy.
• Drive process simplification and user experience improvements for warehouse
• operators.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM with at least 1 full life cycle implementation
• of EWM 9.0 or above.
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work on-site / hybrid / visit the office regularly and work in different shifts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and within a defined team structure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of large scale ERP implementations preferably within the food or FMCG
• industry.
• SAP certification(s) in EWM or related modules.
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, PP, QM).
