About the Role: Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Job Description : The role requires expertise in Salesforce Administration as well as support for our R Studio environment. You will be the primary point of contact for BAU support, upgrades, data management, and process validation across both domains. Key Responsibilities : Provide day-to-day administration and ongoing BAU support in a small organizational setup. Handle standard upgrade activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices. Perform data recovery, data validation, and documentation of changes to maintain compliance and audit trail. Support end-user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and implement minor enhancements. Manage migration from legacy R environment to R Studio. Develop and execute validation tools to ensure data integrity and correctness. Document processes and maintain all R scripts and configurations up to compliance standards. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation of R-based analyses and tools. Required Skills : 10+ years of total software development experience, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Familiarity with data management, recovery, and compliance practices Experience with R programming and R Studio (migration and validation tools preferred) Strong attention to detail in data and process documentation Self-starter who can work independently in a fully remote setup Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110K – $130K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
