Position: Roofing Sales Representative

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a hero for homeowners by guiding them through storm damage claims.

• Educate customers on roofing solutions and why quality matters.

• Close deals and secure projects while building long-term relationships.

• Hustle like an entrepreneur — creating leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals.

• Grow into leadership roles as Valor expands its recruiting division.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated self-starters who want more than just a job.

• Sales experience (roofing, solar, alarms, pest, etc. preferred but not required).

• Confidence, communication skills, and a competitive spirit.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Compensation:

• Commission-based (average reps earn $75K–$125K+ annually).
