Are you passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and ready to lead a team that makes a difference every day? ABiLITY is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Services – Degreed Professional Manager to oversee staff and services for homes that provide 24-hour supervision and care.

As a Degreed Professional Manager, you’ll take the lead on:

• Supervising and coaching direct support staff
• Overseeing client health, safety, and service quality
• Coordinating medical needs and appointments
• Maintaining individual and agency records
• Promoting a culture of respect, safety, and inclusion

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• Experience in habilitation planning or support services preferred
• Current certifications: CPR, First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Medication Aide (or willingness to obtain)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to perform physical support duties and on-call availability

Starting pay: $25/hour

Flexible hours based on the needs of assigned residential homes. Evening or weekend availability may be required to support staff and respond to emergencies.
