About the Role:
Appraisers will play a vital role in expediting the permitting process, focusing on projects in flood-prone areas, and ensuring alignment with FEMA and NFIP guidelines. Daily work schedule will be 8 hrs per day, Mon – Fri with the possibility of weekends. This position is expected to last 2-6 months. This is a temporary position with no benefits. Successful candidates will be responsible for working with local permit offices to evaluate residential appraisals that have been provided as part of the permitting process. This evaluation will be used to assist with applications completing the permitting process. This role requires a deep understanding of appraisals and valuation processes.

Preferred skills, such as familiarity with appraisal software, will enhance your efficiency in report preparation and data analysis. Overall, a combination of these skills will enable you to perform your duties effectively and contribute to the success of the appraisal process.
