Contract - 13 weeks, possibility of extension

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our research team. The CRC will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of clinical trials in accordance with regulatory, institutional, and sponsor guidelines. This is a full-time, day-shift position with no on-call requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations of clinical trials including patient recruitment, informed consent, and study visits.
• Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, GCP, IRB requirements, and sponsor protocols.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation such as IRB submissions, protocol amendments, and study logs.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data in both source documents and electronic systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS).
• Serve as a primary point of contact between investigators, sponsors, monitors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor participant safety, document adverse events, and follow reporting procedures.
• Schedule and conduct participant assessments and lab work per study protocol.
• Handle shipping and processing of biological samples as required.
• Maintain study budgets, manage study supplies, and ensure study milestones are met.
• Assist with audits, site monitoring visits, and close-out processes.
