DailyLook is a fast-growing subsidiary of AdoreMe Inc., a part of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE:VSCO). As its next chapter as part of a public company begins, DailyLook is seeking the right person to join the Online Personal Styling team. This person will use their love of fashion and technology to elevate our styling team. The role is remote and offers a flexible schedule. We also offer commissions to high performing stylists. 

The Position 

Report to and be part of the styling team.

• Curate a box of 8-12 handpicked items of fashionable picks specific for each client based on their lifestyle needs on a monthly basis. 

• Inspire each client to look and feel their best by reviewing their feedback, style preferences, and social media accounts 

• Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to meet and exceed all performance metricDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and style trends for all demographics including plus size 

• Elevate the client's experience through genuine, thoughtful and professional communication 

• Provide the highest level of customer service to the clients 

• This is an at-will, remote position.

Requirements  

• An ability to relate and communicate with customers from all walks of life.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-past, every-changing business environment.

• Strong written communication skills. You’ll be corresponding with clients regularly.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and generally being tech-savvy is necessary. 

• Retail experience is a plus!

• Fashion and/or styling experience a super-plus.

• Attention to detail, extremely organized, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment 

• “I’ll find a way!” mindset where you can leverage your autonomy within your role to think outside the box 

Compensation & Benefits 

The base pay for this position ranges from $15-$18/hr., plus commission. This is a non-exempt, at-will position. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
