We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote life insurance sales team. Whether you’re new to insurance or a seasoned pro, we provide everything you need to succeed: live-transfer leads, high commissions, and no cold calling. This is a 1099 position with 100% commission. Commission pay is based on individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work leads including inbound calls
• Close leads via phone or zoom
• Accurately submit applications through our digital system
• Follow up with leads that don’t close immediately
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance

Qualifications:

• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Life Insurance License Preferred (but will assist unlicensed agents in getting their license)
• Comfortable working fully remote and handling inbound calls
• Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
