We’re searching for an exceptional Recruiter to join Fastbreak’s People team and help us scale thoughtfully and quickly. This role is ideal for a Recruiting Coordinator who’s ready to take their next step, and excited to jump into sourcing, own full-cycle hiring processes, and partner closely with hiring managers and the Head of People in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams—owning searches from kickoff through offer, improving candidate experience, and helping us hire the right people as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (product, operations, sales, tech, etc)
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and timelines
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and feedback with speed and organization
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to close
• Help improve and document recruiting processes as we scale
• Track recruiting metrics and provide clear updates to stakeholders
• Represent our employer brand in the Charlotte market and beyond (career fairs, networking events, etc)

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

• Comfortable jumping into sourcing and execution—this is a hands-on role
• Experience or interest in running multiple searches at once in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills with candidates and internal partners
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
• Curious, adaptable, and excited to grow with a startup
• Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred

Location

• We're based in Charlotte, NC and looking for a team member to work in our offices 5 days a week.
