Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the quality assurance program across all production stages, from raw materials to finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, Food Safety standards, and relevant certifications.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs related to product quality and food safety.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and oversee corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues promptly.
- Maintain updated documentation, retention samples, and certificates of analysis.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic alignment of QA efforts.
- Coach and develop QA Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer complaint resolution.
- Work flexible shifts as needed to ensure quality standards are maintained.
What We're Looking For: - Proven leadership experience in a food production QA environment.
- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Assurance principles.
- Excellent analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Professional, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
Must Have:
- Food Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience solving complex QA/QC technical issues.
