Summary The Program Coordinator will support the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor in overseeing the Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center (CSRC), with supervisory responsibilities and key support functions for direct care program staff. The CSRC serves adults experiencing acute mental‑health crises and provides respite care as needed. This role requires strong decision‑making, direct communication skills, problem‑solving, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Compensation: $45,600 – $57,689 annually (based on total years of relevant experience). Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years’ experience in a related field (human services, psychology, social work, sociology, etc.). Substance abuse and mental health experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Staff Supervision & Development Provide regular supervision, training, and support for all non‑clinical program staff. Hire, supervise, monitor, train, evaluate, and develop non‑clinical program staff. Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of non‑clinical service providers to ensure quality care. Develop and coordinate activities for staff, program, and volunteers. Develop, maintain, and oversee the staffing schedule; review and approve all schedule updates. Assist in facilitating educational participant support groups and train staff to facilitate these groups. Client Services & Care Coordination Provide direct oversight of admissions, coordinating with clinical staff, referral, and funding sources. Oversee client intake, care, and discharge, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate in the EHR, and compliant with billing requirements. Network and collaborate with community providers and agency programs to assist clients in accessing resources. Work as part of a team to provide trauma‑informed care to clients. Document client activity, progress, and needs per established procedures. Program Operations & Quality Assurance Participate in program quality improvement teams and workgroups, guide implementation of projects, policies, and initiatives. Ensure staff are compliant with all required trainings. Collect and monitor data needed for reports. Update, develop, and complete program forms. Monitor and manage deadlines for reports, projects, and tasks. Monitor inventory of supplies, food, training materials, furnishings, and outdoor equipment. Availability & Support Work schedule provides variability to ensure support for evening and overnight shifts. Provide shift coverage, including evenings and weekends, when no staff or on‑call coverage is available. Perform other program‑related duties as assigned. Professional Standards Display a courteous and caring attitude to clients, staff, volunteers, and visitors. Cooperate and collaborate with program staff, volunteers, and other agency departments. Be dependable and punctual with scheduling and attendance. Abide by all program and agency procedures, policies, and requirements. Create, maintain, and share a dynamic self‑care plan as appropriate.
